Agile = The way we work

Agile, Scrum, eXtreme Programming... yes we get it... you want your software yesterday and continue tuning it or adding that killing feature today... so it can be deployed tomorrow.

Building software these days is a whole different from building it 5 years ago and even more from 10 years ago... these days the hipster devs do everything agile, meaning: we build it today, test it tomorrow, deploy it a bit after and then we go back to fix it or modify it right after, then... repeat. It's like building a plane while in the air at 33.000 feet, full of life. There is no chance for failure and anything can and will go wrong.

It's the reality, we developers love the rush and haven't feel more empowered of the process since we were in kindergarden... but you, the project owner, the client, the one with the check in blank... you also need to understand this.

It's fun, it's productive (most of the time) but it also needs understanding and acknowledgment. Watch the video above... it's an introduction.

Enjoy!
